Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming, inclusive, and forward-thinking primary school in Middleton. The school is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September.

The Role
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to Key Stage 2 learners
Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance outcomes across the school
Contribute to CPD opportunities and the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can effectively differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities
Demonstrates secure curriculum knowledge and strong teaching practice
Is confident using technology to enhance learning
Exhibits strong classroom management and leadership skills
Essential Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 4 desirable, though ECTs with relevant placements are encouraged to apply)
A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, inclusive education
