We're recruiting for Sales Assistants to join a leading outdoor and lifestyle retailer in the Lake District. With both full time and part time opportunities available, we're looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in a busy retail environment.

Previous experience within fashion, outdoor or customer focused retail

Strong communication and customer service skills
A positive and enthusiastic approach
Confidence engaging with customers and building relationships
A team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Key responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
Build product knowledge and confidently recommend products to customers
Support the team in achieving sales targets and store goals
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment and store operations
Ensure the store remains welcoming, organised and customer focused at all times
