The Role

As a Junior Customer & Sales Support Executive, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the wider sales function. This is a varied position where you'll be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and building strong client relationships.

You'll work closely with internal teams including sales, operations, and logistics to ensure a smooth customer journey from order through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and timely support to customers via phone, email, and internal systems
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers
Handle enquiries, complaints, and requests, resolving issues efficiently
Process customer orders accurately using internal systems
Support the sales team with bespoke and customer-specific orders
Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines are met
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Log all customer interactions clearly within CRM systems
Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement
Work collaboratively across teams to support business goals

About You

Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Proactive, solutions-focused, and customer-focused mindset
Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
