I’m working with a growing property management business looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager to support the management of a residential portfolio. This role offers great exposure to block management and a clear pathway into a Property Manager position for someone keen to develop their career in the sector.
The Role
You’ll support the Property Management team with the day-to-day running of residential developments, acting as a key point of contact for residents, contractors and stakeholders while helping ensure sites are managed efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the management of residential developments
Handling resident and contractor enquiries via phone and email
Carrying out site visits and block inspections
Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance works
Supporting contractor procurement and quotations
Assisting with meetings, site visits and AGMs
What We’re Looking For
Some property experience (block management, lettings, estate agency, housing, etc.)
Strong customer service skills, both phone and email
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident IT skills and ability to learn property systems
Full UK driving licence preferred
