Are you a passionate and dedicated primary teacher looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and welcoming school?

We are working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Daventry that is seeking an enthusiastic KS1 or KS2 Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed teacher who is passionate about inspiring young learners and helping every child reach their full potential.

The school is ideally looking to appoint on a permanent basis, although long-term opportunities may also be considered for the right candidate.

Role Highlights:

Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive

Foster strong academic progress while supporting pupils' social and emotional development

Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities and learning styles

Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing effective feedback and support

Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence, confidence, and resilience

Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to support pupil achievement

Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and school events

About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Experience teaching within KS1 or KS2 in a UK primary school setting

Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum

A nurturing, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning

Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills

A commitment to delivering high-quality education and raising pupil outcomes

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply and will be fully supported
