Service Delivery Manager

My client, a large consultancy, is in need of a Service Delivery Manager for a 12 month contract based in Luxembourg mainly on-site.

The ideal candidate will have excellent experience in Information Technology as well as strong

- Experience managing large-scale managed services contracts.

- Experience working in complex multi-supplier environments,

- Experience with ITIL-based service management.

- Experience managing infrastructure services such as:

- Network - Security - Cloud - DNS - Load Balancing - Remote Access - Datacenter Services
