Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join our pre-construction team.

The Role
Working closely with commercial and operational teams, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tender submissions across a range of construction projects.
You will play a key role in the bid process from initial enquiry through to final submission, helping secure future projects and supporting continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations
Identify risks, opportunities and value engineering options
Produce take-offs and pricing schedules
Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal delivery teams
Assist with tender adjudication and final submissions
Manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively
About You;
Previous experience as an Estimator within construction
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
Experience pricing commercial or industrial projects preferred
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software
