About You
The ideal Year 3 Teacher will possess:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (ECTs are encouraged to apply)
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
Excellent communication abilities
A passion for helping children reach their full potential
