The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students with Autism, learning difficulties and additional needs across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to help students develop academically, socially and emotionally.

We would love to hear from candidates who have:

Previous SEN school experience
Strong understanding of Autism and complex needs
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience supporting students on a 1:1 and small-group basis
A proactive and resilient approach
Strong safeguarding knowledge
Additional SEN training such as PECS, Makaton, Signalong or Team Teach (desirable)
