SEN Teaching Assistant – Milton Keynes MK3 – KS1 – 1:1 Autism Support – Full Time – September Start

APT Education is recruiting a caring, patient and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support a KS1 pupil with Autism on a 1:1 basis in a welcoming Primary school in Milton Keynes (MK3). This is a full‑time role starting in September, offering stability, strong support and highly competitive pay.

The pupil can present with challenging behaviour at times, so we’re looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who is calm, confident and able to provide structure, reassurance and emotional regulation throughout the school day.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant in Milton Keynes MK3, you will:

* Provide full‑time 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with Autism

* Use visuals, routines and clear communication strategies

* Support emotional regulation and behaviour management

* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO

* Build trust, consistency and confidence with the pupil

* Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or supporting pupils with Autism

* UK school experience preferred
