What You'll Be Doing:
Running structured SEMH interventions and small-group activities
* Providing 1:1 mentoring for children with emotional needs
* Monitoring pupil progress and implementing agreed strategies

* Supporting pupils to develop confidence and resilienceWho We're Looking For:
A compassionate individual with an interest in children's mental health
* Someone proactive, consistent, and reflective in their approach
