* Experience working with young children, particularly within an EYFS setting.
* A warm, caring, and nurturing personality with an understanding of the developmental needs of young learners.
* Strong communication skills, both with children and adults.
* A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) is desirable.
