Talent Guardian are recrutiing for Customer Service Advisors on a 12-week temp-perm contract in Guilford, Surrey.

Please note you MUST be able to drive due to workplace location, there is zero public transport access.

Location: Guilford, Surrey
Job Type: 12-week temp- perm contract
Salary: £12.76 per hour (raise after 12 weeks)

Key Responsibilities:

You must have generous, understanding, friendly customer service skills
Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing orders and updating customer records accurately
Resolving customer queries and providing timely solutions
Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike
Booking deliveries and collections What we are looking for:

Full UK driving licence
Previous experience within a customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to work
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems This role would suit someone who is immediately available and looking to join a welcoming team where they can make a real impact from day one.
