Job Title: Welcome Team Agent

Location: Liverpool, Hybrid

Salary: £26,938 - £28,609 + up to £2000 Performance related bonus

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00am - 17:30pm)

What you will be doing:

Ensure all details on applications are honest and accurate
Perform checks on applicants' details to confirm accuracy
Update details and advise customers to any change in the price of their premium
Assist client in providing vital information
Promote bespoke packages relating to the client's needs
Always provide excellent customer serviceWhat we're looking for:

Customer service experience in a target driven role
Able to understand bespoke systems and be proficient in Microsoft office
Warm personable phone manner
Patient and empathetic
Meticulous attention to detail
