* Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.

* Experience operating in complex, fast-paced transformation environments.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Strong stakeholder management, including experience working with senior leaders.

* Understanding of delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).

* Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on value delivery.

* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality.

* Adaptability and resilience in evolving environments.

Approach

In line with our procurement policy and delivery model, we have structured the required capabilities into a series of discrete work packages (“bundles”), each representing a defined scope of outcomes and deliverables rather than individual role-based placements.

We are looking for Scope of Work (SoW) proposals for one or more bundles where there is suitable capability and capacity to deliver.

Scope of Work submissions should outline:

* The proposed approach to delivering the bundle outcomes.

* Relevant experience and capability.

* Proposed team structure and key roles.

* Commercial model and pricing assumptions.

* Any risks, dependencies, or assumptions
