Business Change Manager - SC Cleared
SR2 have an exciting short-term contract role for a Business Change Manager to join an in-flight government programme.
The role will focus on the behavioural and cultural aspects of performance management, supporting leaders and managers in adopting and sustaining best‑practice behaviours.
Due to the nature of the role, active SC clearance is required.
Key Responsibilities
Support to embed a framework into routine leadership and operational management practice
Support managers to move from reporting performance to actively managing it
Mentor operational managers in interpreting data, identifying trends, and addressing root causes
Support adoption of continuous improvement mindsets
Address resistance or confidence gaps linked to performance management
Develop and deliver a communications plan aligned to the embedding programmeRequired Experience and Skills
Active SC clearance
Background in change management, coaching, or organisational development
Practical experience supporting performance‑led culture change
Demonstrable experience of coaching and mentoring operational management teams in the practical use of KPIs
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to produce clear, concise and engaging communications
