* Using assessment to track progress and inform teaching

* Working closely with colleagues, parents and carers and support staff

What You'll Need:

* A PGCE with QTS (Primary), Bachelor of Education, or equivalent teaching qualification

* An Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

* Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum

* Passion for working with children and supporting their development

* A reflective, collaborative approach to teaching and learning
