About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a growing contractor delivering Cut & Carve refurbishment projects across London.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a dynamic environment, working on complex structural refurbishment schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the commercial management of Cut & Carve projects
* Supporting cost planning, valuations, and variations
* Working closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers
* Monitoring budgets and ensuring cost control
* Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Trainee QS
* Exposure to refurbishment or Cut & Carve projects (preferred)
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Good communication and organisational abilities
* Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying (or working towards)
