Academics are currently seeking a knowledgeable English Teacher to join a supportive and highly successful secondary school in East Grinsted. If you have a love for teaching English and have the ability to engage students in English lessons, we would love to hear from you!
Role Overview
Deliver high-quality English lessons up to Key Stage 5
Plan and create engaging, curriculum led lessons
Encourage an interest of English language and literature
Monitor student progress and support academic developmentRequirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching English in UK secondary schools
Excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom control
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Legal right to work in the UK
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeingWhy Work with Term Time Teachers?
