We are currently looking for experienced and motivated Drainage Engineers to join our client's growing team based in Leeds.
As a 24/7 operation, this role will involve participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota, offering excellent opportunities for overtime and additional earnings. Commercial drainage experience would be advantageous, although training can be provided in certain areas for the right candidate.
We are seeking reliable individuals who can work effectively within a small team environment while also being capable of working independently when required.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning drains using high-pressure water jetting equipment.
Unblocking drains using specialist drainage equipment.
Carrying out CCTV drainage surveys of existing drainage systems (full training provided if required).
Repairing and replacing damaged drainage systems, including drain patching and remedial works.
Responding to emergency drainage issues as part of the on-call rota.
Requirements
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Ideally hold a High-Pressure Water Jetting (HPWJ) Certificate.
Commercial drainage experience preferred.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible approach to working hours, including participation in the on-call rota.
Successful candidates will be required to pass a DBS check (paid for by the client).
Hours & Benefits
Monday to Friday daytime working hours.
Regular overtime opportunities available.
Participation in an on-call rota for out-of-hours work.
