Support Worker

Hours:

* 7.00am - 19.00pm (day)

* 19.00pm to 7.00am (sleep night)

About the Role

JAM CARE is looking for compassionate and dedicated Support worker to care for a client with complex needs in their own home in Whitchurch.

You will be supporting an adult with learning disabilities, delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, empathetic, and passionate about making a real difference in someone’s life.

Minimum requirement: 6 months’ care experience

Requirements

* Minimum 6 months’ care experience

* Experience working in the community (desirable)

* Full UK driving licence (essential)

* Good understanding of care plans and their implementation

* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

* Basic IT skills for care documentation

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

* A compassionate, caring, and professional approach
