Inspector - Lean Production / Pull System
Location: Poole
Salary: C£30,420
Hours: Flexible working hours 4 or 5 days a week between the hours of 7am - 5pm
Hawk 3 are recruiting for an Inspector to join a busy and growing manufacturing environment in Poole.
If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to be part of a fast-moving production team, this could be a great opportunity. Full training is provided, so whether you already have inspection experience or are looking to build on your manufacturing background, we'd love to hear from you.

Checking materials, components, and finished products for quality compliance
Logging inspection results and working with internal systems
Spotting and resolving issues before they impact production or delivery
Supporting production teams to keep things moving efficiently
Getting involved in problem-solving and continuous improvement activity
What we're looking for
A keen eye for detail and a quality-first mindset
Experience in manufacturing or inspection (helpful but not essential)
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Someone who enjoys working in a busy, hands-on environment
