A specialist school in Thatcham is seeking a committed Complex Needs Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. As a Complex Needs Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who may have ASD, PMLD, physical disabilities, sensory needs, and associated learning difficulties. You will help students access learning, develop independence, and achieve their personal goals.
