Site Services Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Looking to speak to experienced Site Services Engineers with a strong electrical background to join an engineering team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving site-wide utilities and facilities, ensuring the reliable operation of critical services that support production.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance, fault finding and repair of site services and utility equipment.
Ensure reliable operation of compressed air systems, HVAC, boilers, pumps, water systems and associated plant.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
Diagnose and rectify electrical and control system faults.
Support energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Liaise with contractors and external service providers as required.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures and statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Skills & Experience
Electrical engineering qualification
Previous experience within a manufacturing, FMCG, processing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of site utilities including compressed air systems, water treatment, HVAC and general facilities services.
Experience with electrical fault finding, motors, drives, control panels and distribution systems.
Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance planning tools is advantageous.
