🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver Projects – Lead day-to-day execution, ensuring projects meet technical, commercial, and quality expectations.
* Drive Improvements – Identify efficiencies, manage change, and maximise value through proactive optimisation.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Sales, Planning, Finance, Technical, and Contract teams to ensure aligned delivery.
* Maintain Performance & Control – Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and compliance to keep projects on track.
* Lead Teams – Coordinate site, commissioning, and project teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
* Resolve Challenges – Step in to stabilise or recover projects, implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Support Growth – Contribute to resource planning, strategic initiatives, and future project opportunities.
* Develop Capability – Mentor team members and promote best practice through knowledge sharing and training.
🧠 What You Bring
✅ Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or similar
* Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
💼 Experience
* 10+ years’ experience in Data Centres, Industrial Cooling, or a mission-critical environment
* Proven success managing large-scale, complex projects
* Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
💡 Skills & Mindset
* Natural leader with excellent collaboration skills
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
* Strong financial and contract management understanding
