The Role:
• Supporting project teams with the development and implementation of project-specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
• Assisting with the continuous improvement and development of company-wide quality management systems
• Auditing and advising project teams on quality management across construction and electrical installations
• Developing and standardising ITP templates and quality documentation
• Reporting on quality performance across multiple projects
• Reviewing project quality performance with operational teams and senior management
• Supporting the business in creating more robust quality processes and procedures

Location:
• Office-based role in the Silvertown area of London
• Working on a major London project with an expected duration of at least 18 months, with ongoing opportunities across future projects thereafter

Ideal Candidate:
• Quality experience within construction, civils, electrical, infrastructure, utilities, or renewable energy sectors
• Strong understanding of contracts, scope of works, construction drawings, and project documentation
• Experience developing, reviewing, and managing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
• Ability to audit quality processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Previous Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, QA/QC, or SHEQ experience with a strong quality focus
