Morson are currently recruiting for a Project Management Business Partner to support the delivery of CAPEX, construction, and infrastructure projects within a complex engineering environment.
This role will work closely with the Project Lead and multi-functional teams to ensure successful delivery from project inception through to completion.
Location: Broughton (Onsite)
Rate: £39.04 per hour Umbrella / £29.18 per hour PAYE
Duration: 12-month contract (likely extension)
Hours: 35 hours per week (4.5-day week)
Key Responsibilities
Support delivery of CAPEX and construction projects from feasibility through to handover
Establish and maintain project governance and reporting structures
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones
Support budget management, cost tracking, and forecasting
Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
Engage and manage stakeholders across all levels
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and design teams
Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards
Produce clear reporting, documentation, and project updates
Requirements
Strong experience in project management (3–5+ years)
Background in construction, infrastructure, or CAPEX projects
Experience with stakeholder management and project coordination
Knowledge of project governance, risk, and budget management
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, or similar tools
Desirable
Experience in regulated or engineering environments
Exposure to large-scale site or facilities projects
