We are now looking for an engaging, proactive Quality Advisor to join our expanding Quality team and support the delivery of high standards across our live construction projects.

* Help ensure compliance with our HSQE Management System and contribute to continual improvement

* Act as a trusted, quality‑focused point of contact for clients and supply chain stakeholders

This is a hands‑on, site‑focused role where you’ll help shape quality culture, support right‑first‑time delivery, and help maintain our reputation for excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

· ISO 9001 Internal Auditor (essential)

· Experience in civil engineering / infrastructure / utilities

· Knowledge of National Highways Sector Schemes is desirable but can be developed within the role

· Strong communication and reporting skills

· Ability to influence, build relationships and drive improvement

· Full UK driving licence

Why Join Bethell?

* Work for a long‑established, values‑driven organisation

* Join a supportive Quality team where your contribution will make a real difference

* Opportunities for training, development and progression

* Be part of a business committed to excellence, innovation and continuous improvement
