The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Motorcycle Sales Manager to lead a successful sales team at a well-established motorcycle dealership in Christchurch. Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop the motorcycle sales team.
* Drive new and used motorcycle sales performance.

* Develop effective sales strategies to maximise profitability.
* Oversee stock management and vehicle display standards.
* Support and coach team members through regular performance reviews.
* Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturer representatives.
* Ensure compliance with all dealership processes and regulatory requirements.
* Produce regular sales reports and performance analysis.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
* Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Business Manager, or Senior Sales Executive within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and customer relationship-building abilities.
* Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach.
* Full UK motorcycle licence and/or full UK driving licence.
Desirable
* Previous motorcycle industry experience.
* Experience with finance and insurance product sales.
* Manufacturer franchise dealership background.
* Passion for motorcycles and motorcycle culture.
