We’re looking for a driven and safety-focused Section Manager to lead operations at our Elstow, Bedfordshire.
You’ll manage production, supervise a team, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. This role is key to delivering high-quality materials efficiently and sustainably.
What You’ll Do:
Lead daily plant operations and drive performance improvements
Supervise and develop operatives and contractors
Oversee maintenance of fixed and mobile plant
Monitor production metrics (OOE/OEE) and manage resources
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Champion sustainability and inclusion in all aspects of the role

Ability to manage budgets, teams, and technical processes
