Location: Glasgow, Lanarkshire
Salary: Up to £49,000 per annum (Dependent on experience) + Excellent added benefits!

Responsibilities as a Deputy Home Manager:
* Support the Care Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of person-centred care and regulatory compliance.
* Lead, mentor, and develop care staff while overseeing care planning, medication management, and the delivery of high-quality support for residents with varying care needs.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to promote wellbeing, independence, and positive outcomes.
Requirements as a Deputy Home Manager:
* Previous management experience within a nursing/care home setting
* NMC Pin desirable (not essential)
* NVQ Level 3 – Health & Social Care (desirable)
* Extensive experience supporting younger adults, individuals with learning disabilities, and those with complex care needs, alongside strong medication management expertise.
