Salary: £27,217

Shifts - Days and Nights, rotating shifts, 6am - 6pm, 6pm - 6am

Holidays: 25 days + 8 bank holidays

Stafforce Recruitment are currently recruiting Engineering Operatives on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Sheffield.

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for long-term, stable work within a production environment, with full training provided and clear progression routes.

The Role:

Operating and monitoring automated manufacturing and production machinery (full training provided)
Carrying out machine changeovers, including material adjustments and process settings
Working to production targets while maintaining high quality standards
Completing routine quality checks in line with company procedures
Supporting general warehouse and production duties as required
Adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe working area
Reporting to a Shift Supervisor and working effectively as part of a small team
Contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency across the siteWhat We're Looking For:

Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential
A reliable, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team and follow processes accurately
