We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international logistics provider based in Coleshill. The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while handling a high volume of inbound enquiries. Duties will include:
Managing inbound customer calls relating to orders, stock availability, deliveries, and account queries
Resolving customer complaints and providing effective solutions
Updating and maintaining customer records using internal CRM systems
Working with Microsoft Excel to manage and update customer information
Delivering a professional and positive customer experience at all times
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre, logistics, retail, or office-based environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as the site is not easily accessible by public transport
Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday
7.5-hour shifts between 7:00am and 6:00pm
£12.74 per hour, increasing to £12.87 per hour after 12 weeks
