Role; Warehouse Coordinator/FLT Driver
Location: Warrington (WA4)
Salary: Up to £32K (DOE) + bonus + overtime
Hrs: Mon – Friday 08:00-16:45hrs
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Coordinator / FLT Driver to join our growing operations team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and has experience with stock control, goods movement, and forklift operations.

As the Warehouse Coordinator/FLT Driver your responsibilities will be:
Receive, inspect, and book in incoming goods and deliveries.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Operate Forklift Trucks (Counterbalance) safely and effectively.
Load and unload vehicles in line with health & safety procedures.
Maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems and scanners.
Carry out stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks to manage stock levels.
Support dispatch operations and shipment preparation.
Occasion local collection of parts using the company vehicle.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards are maintained.
Work closely with internal departments including workshop operations, service, and logistics.
Follow all company health, safety, and quality procedures at all times.
As the Warehouse Coordinator/FLT Driver will have the following skills & experience:

Must have previous Warehouse experience.
Must hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential).
Ideally have a full UK driving licence.
Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse systems.
Experience within automotive, engineering, heavy equipment, or parts distribution sectors would be advantageous.
Knowledge of stock control and inventory processes would be beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organisational and time management skills
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
