About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Home Maintenance Service Coordinator to join our team.
This is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll play a key part in coordinating repairs, maintenance, and property services—ensuring customers remain at the heart of everything we do.
You’ll work closely with contractors, internal teams, and residents to ensure works are delivered efficiently across a range of services including repairs, voids, grounds maintenance, and damp & mould cases.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Coordinating and scheduling repairs, maintenance, and property services activities
* Liaising with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Managing work orders, raising purchase orders, and tracking job progress
* Supporting voids processes from property empty stage through to handover
* Ensuring all systems and records are accurate and up to date
* Handling customer queries and supporting complaint resolution
* Producing reports and analysing service performance and trends
* Supporting vulnerable customers, including those requiring temporary re-housing
* Working across multiple workstreams including repairs, disrepair, compliance, and cleaning
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Experience in a customer-focused environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional approach
* Good IT skills (including Microsoft Office)
* Confident handling data, systems, and reporting
* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
