Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Buildings – London – 1 in 4 Call-Out – Up to £49,000 per annum
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently seeking a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join a growing facilities management service provider covering commercial buildings across London and surrounding areas.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
40-hour working week
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, split units, AHUs, and FCUs.
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably.
Perform routine maintenance tasks including system inspections, filter replacements, coil cleaning, and performance testing.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with F-Gas regulations and industry standards.
Respond promptly and professionally to breakdowns and emergency call-outs, minimising disruption to clients.
Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and reports.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
Identify potential system improvements or upgrades and provide recommendations where appropriate.
Requirements
Valid and up-to-date F-Gas certification
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Building Services
Proven experience working within an HVAC / Building Services environment
Strong knowledge of a wide range of air conditioning systems
Ability to manage workload, time, and documentation independently
Professional and customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term client relationships
Positive, flexible, and proactive “can-do” attitude
Full UK driving licence
