Paint Sprayer Vacancy – Liverpool
Our client, a reputable Accident Repair Group with an extensive network of Bodyshops across Scotland, Cumbria, the North West, and the Midlands, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their professional Liverpool Bodyshop team.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Paint Sprayers looking to advance their career with a leading, well-established organisation trusted by major insurance companies and manufacturer approvals.

Competitive salary of £37,500 – £39,500 per annum
Achievable performance-based bonuses
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm working hours

Modern facilities and state-of-the-art equipment ensuring a professional working environmentDuties of a Paint Sprayer:
Prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring all surfaces are properly cleaned and primed
Spray vehicles to the highest standard using quality paints and techniques
Accurately mix and colour match to achieve seamless finishes
Follow manufacturer specifications and industry best practices
Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to health and safety standards
Work efficiently within a busy repair environment to meet deadlines
Ensure proper documentation of work and materials used throughout the processRequirements of a Paint Sprayer:
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an accident repair centre or automotive environment
Proficient in spray painting techniques and colour matching
ATA Accreditation is desirable but not essential
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality finishes
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Reliable with a professional attitude towards health and safety regulations
