As the business continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for a HR Assistant to support a friendly and supportive HR Manager in a varied and fast-paced role offering excellent exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries
* Maintaining accurate HR records and personnel documentation
* Supporting employee onboarding and leaver processes
* Producing employment-related correspondence and documentation using templates
* Assisting with holiday, absence and leave administration
* Providing HR reports and management information as required
* Coordinating training courses and development activities
* Managing shared inboxes and diaries
* Providing general administrative support across a wide range of HR activities
🔹 About You:
To be considered, you will ideally have around 12 months' experience in a HR Assistant or HR Administration role, preferably within a professional services environment.
You will also possess:
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* A meticulous approach with exceptional attention to detail
* Reliability, discretion and professionalism
* The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing deadlines
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Outlook and Excel
* GCSE (or equivalent) Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths
