Our client, a reputable automotive dealership in Rochester, Kent, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Advisor to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and managing complex aftersales cases.

Competitive salary between £30,000 and £34,000 per annum
OTE up to £36,000 with performance-based progression
Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings

Opportunity to work within a well-established automotive dealershipDuties of the Aftersales Advisor:

Managing warranty claims and customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Handling aftersales issues and resolving customer concerns to maintain satisfaction
Using ticketing systems to document and collate relevant information accurately
Coordinating with technical teams and management for warranty approvals or re-visits
Following up with customers post-interaction to ensure satisfaction and retention
De-escalating tense situations and managing difficult conversations with tact
Conducting reports and identifying opportunities for additional sales or service follow-up
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all interactions and cases
Supporting the team in implementing effective processes to enhance customer experienceRequirements:

Previous experience in a similar aftersales, warranty, or customer service role within the motor trade
Confident in handling complaints and challenging claims
Calm, professional, and capable of working under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and follow processes diligently
Flexible to work full-time hours, including occasional Saturdays
Experience with ticketing systems and warranty procedures is advantageous
