Production Operative – Sparkford, Yeovil

£12.71 per hour | 40 hours per week

Hours:

Mon – Thu: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Fri: 7:30am – 12:30pm
We are looking for an experienced Production Operative to join our team. You’ll work both independently and with the team, using hand and air tools to assemble, inspect and package products while meeting quality and efficiency targets.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble products using hand tools and equipment
Inspect and test products for quality
Package and label products for delivery
Follow Health & Safety procedures
Collaborate with the team to meet production goals
Support process improvements

Requirements

Experience using hand tools
Previous production or factory line experience preferred
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and in a team
Interview includes a basic hand tool test.
