The Role
Atrium Associates are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our clients team on a large new build and part refurbishment project in Norwich.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile site, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
·Supervising daily site activities and coordinating trades
·Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations
·Managing subcontractors and maintaining productivity on site
·Delivering toolbox talks and site inductions
·Monitoring progress against programme deadlines
·Maintaining quality control and site standards
·Reporting progress and issues to site management

Requirements
·SSSTS - Essential
·Gold CSCS Card - Essential
·Proven experience as a Site Supervisor
·Strong knowledge of health & safety on construction sites
·Experience on large-scale or main contractor projects ideally
·Excellent communication and leadership skills
