Our client is looking to hear from experienced Project Managers, Operations Managers and Engineers from the swimming pool industry to join them as Operations Manager sitting directly under the company Managing Director.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where you won't just manage operations - you'll directly shape how the business performs, improves, and grows.

Take full responsibility for day-to-day operations, ensuring production targets are consistently met, quality standards are exceeded, and customer deadlines are achieved without compromise.

Lead Technical Excellence

Manage and support engineering and technical teams, overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance while stepping in to resolve complex technical challenges when needed.

Improve How the Business Works

Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter, leaner, more effective processes. You'll be expected to actively drive continuous improvement across all areas of the business.
