Machine Operative

We are looking for a Machine Operative to join our team in Letchworth.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, you will work across a variety of machines and processes depending on workload.

Shift Pattern available:

Rotating shift: 6:00–14:00/14:00 – 22:00
Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00
Salary: £12.71- £13.75

Key Responsibilities for Machine Operative:

Set up and operate machinery safely and efficiently
Monitor print quality and ensure jobs meet specifications
Maintain machinery, including cleaning between jobs
Report faults and request consumables as needed
Ensure a clean, safe working environment and adhere to H&S policies
About You as a Machine Operative:

Experience as a Machine Operative using Litho/ Kongsberg or any other similar experience
Basic IT skills, including MS Outlook
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good communication and ability to follow instructions
Knowledge of materials/substrates and chemical handling (desirable)
Flexible and willing to learn
