We are recruiting for roles including:
Junior Chefs
Chef de Partie
Sous Chefs
Head Chefs
Kitchen/Chef Managers📍 Areas: Brighton, Worthing, and nearby locations across East Sussex
💷 Pay: £16.00 - £22.00 per hour (rate dependent on position and assignment)
Additional Information
A DBS check may be necessary for certain placements, although not required for all roles
Having your own transport is beneficial but not mandatory
A variety of shift patterns are available, including full-time hours, part-time work, and flexible casual shiftsWhat We Can Offer

Typical Responsibilities
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of kitchen operations to deliver a high standard of service
Cooking and presenting dishes to a professional level
Assisting with stock control and placing orders when required
Serving meals, including both hot and cold options
Being mindful of dietary needs and allergen requirements
Ensuring all food safety and workplace regulations are followed at all times
Carrying out general kitchen tasks such as cleaning and washing up
What You'll Need
Previous experience or relevant catering qualifications
At least a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
Good understanding of health and safety requirements
Familiarity with Manual Handling and COSHH guidelines
