Location: Farnborough (Hybrid - minimum 3 days onsite initially)
Contract: 6 months (likely to extend with possibility of perm)
Rate: £28.59 PAYE or £38.25 Umbrella per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week
IR35: Inside IR35
Clearance: BPSS+ (to be completed prior to start)

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join their growing team, supporting and enhancing a business-critical D365 ecosystem. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a hands-on role in both development and day-to-day system administration within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

You'll be a hands-on D365 specialist who enjoys working across both development and system administration. This role suits someone who is comfortable making system improvements, resolving day-to-day issues, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customise, and support solutions within Dynamics 365 (F&O / Supply Chain / CE)
Build plugins, workflows, integrations, and custom modules
Manage day-to-day D365 administration, including user setup and permissions
Configure flows and automate processes using Power Platform tools
Support system performance, troubleshooting, and bug fixing
Develop integrations between D365 and other enterprise systems
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver scalable solutions

✅ Key Requirements

Proven experience developing within Dynamics 365 (F&O, Supply Chain, or similar)
Strong understanding of D365 data structures, workflows, and security models
Experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL
Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Ability to handle both development and hands-on system support/admin
Experience working with databases and system customisations
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

⭐ Desirable Skills

Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps) or Dataverse
Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Lifecycle Services
Agile/Scrum experience
Experience integrating with third-party systems (e.g., PLM tools)
