Warehouse Stores / Logistics Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing logistics operation in Borough Green. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of warehouse activities, from receiving goods through to dispatch.

What You'll Be Doing

Receiving deliveries and checking goods against purchase orders
Inspecting items for damage and reporting any issues
Booking goods into the warehouse management system (WMS)
Storing stock safely and efficiently within the warehouse
Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
Labelling shipments and ensuring all documentation is accurate
Supporting vehicle loading and coordinating with couriers
Carrying out stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy
Following all health & safety procedures at all times
Helping identify ways to improve processes and efficiency

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic IT skills (Outlook, Excel); WMS experience is a bonus
A proactive, reliable and team-focused attitude
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
Forklift licence (desirable, but not essential)
