Outreach Mentor

Supply Star Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Alternative Outreach Provision in Herefordshire who require a specialist Outreach Mentor to join their team and work with vulnerable children and young people with mental health needs.

You will initially be required to work through Supply Star Recruitment on a probationary period, however on successful completion of this period you will be offered a permanent contract.

The provision specifically support learners with Mental Health Needs and ideally would like to appoint someone with the relevant knowledge of Mental Health Needs. School based experience is desired but not essential, as the provision will consider applicants from similar sectors or applicants who have relevant personal experience.

You must have a UK Driving Licence and a clear DBS certificate to be considered for this role. If you do not have a DBS Supply Star Recruitment can support you in obtaining one.
