Operations Support Administrator
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, respected, and forward-thinking organisation. Due to continued growth, an additional role has become available within our client’s administrative team.
The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the maintenance and projects function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming enquiries via email and telephone
* Manage data administration, documentation, and maintenance paperwork
* Raise quotations, source pricing, and process invoices
* Order stock and liaise with suppliers
* Upload and manage documents within internal systems
* Assist with general administrative duties to help reduce workload across the team
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience within the engineering, technical facilities or construction sector is essential
* Strong working knowledge of MS Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage high volumes of data entry and screen-based work
* Confident and professional telephone manner when communicating with customers and suppliers
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a positive, can-do attitude
Desirable:
* Estimating or quoting experience would be a strong advantage
Personal Attributes:
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and diligent, with a genuine interest in contributing to the company’s success
* Able to work on own initiative and remain organised in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable dealing with demanding clients and willing to go above and beyond when required
Working Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). Salary from £29K
