School Administrator (SIMS/Bromcom Experience Essential)
Location: Newham, East London
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time + Insets (or Full Year, depending on school requirements)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised School Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team at a thriving school in Newham. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong administrative skills and previous experience using SIMS or Bromcom within an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities
Managing pupil records and maintaining accurate data using SIMS or Bromcom.
Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting.
Handling admissions, leavers, and student data updates.
Providing administrative support to senior leaders, teaching staff, students, and parents.
Managing school correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries.
Producing reports and maintaining confidential records in line with GDPR requirements.
Assisting with general office administration and front-of-house duties when required.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
Previous experience working in a school administration environment.
Strong working knowledge of SIMS or Bromcom (essential).
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Outstanding organisational and communication skills.
The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
A professional, proactive, and friendly approach.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
