Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager, you will act as the key support to the General Manager, playing a critical role in driving operational excellence and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

* Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost control, labour ratios, and profitability.

* Assist in implementing and improving operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.

* Act as a hands-on leader, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Financial & Business Performance

The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to drive revenue growth and overall business success.

* Support initiatives to increase sales, including corporate and group bookings.

* Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

* Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cost management strategies.

People & Culture

A key responsibility of the Assistant General Manager is to lead, develop, and inspire the team.

* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

* Manage performance, provide coaching, and support career development.
